Description of problem:

 DTGov Dashboard / Deployments should provide more info on both screens: 
* Task Inbox: at least name of the deployment (like app name) since it just provides some default task name like 'Test Dev', or even description of the task in case it is set.
* Task info: can display all information of the deployment, not just it's uuid, or at least provide a link to the appropriate deployment (e.g. http://localhost:8080/dtgov-ui/#deploymentDetails;uuid=a66cf5ce-8d6a-497a-99bd-c1c2b19ddfcc )
