Description of problem:
When creating a new repository, three new fields were not documented anywhere:
SSL CA Certificate
SSL Client Certificate
SSL Client Key

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manage Software Channels -> Manage Repositories
2. Create New Repository
3.

Actual results:
There is no information about the three new fields in Satellite 5.6 that were not in Satellite 5.5.

The there new fields in Satellite 5.6 are:
SSL CA Certificate
SSL Client Certificate
SSL Client Key

Expected results:
Need to expand Section 1.1.4. Managing Repositories of Getting Started Guide to include these new fields.

This bug can be worked on early during the planning stages for Satellite 5.7.
