Description of problem:

SoapUI SOAPClient takes a long time (for each maxThread used) to go through initial setup.  Given a load of about 50 concurrent requests, SOAPClient can take several seconds to start.  Subsequent invocations are much faster.

This causes trouble for customers that rely on speedy responses for SLAs, especially after SOA-P restart.
