This RFE seems to be out of scope for Packstack. Perry, do you have any comment on it?
I think this is a nice to have for Packstack but for Foreman it is a must have. Folks using Packstack for an all-in-one PoC would likely not be configuring Red Hat Storage
Moving to A4
The scope of this RFE is to implement the Puppet modules to deploy Cinder with libgfapi for Foreman [BZ#1062693] to leverage.
So according to [1] the only thing to enable Cinder using libgfapi is to modify qemu_allowed_storage_drivers in nova.conf and probably use appropriate Puppet class for volume [2]. But both of that should be done by Foreman itself.
