In version 1.2 builds will now always do the bug link validation when building to ensure that the links are valid at build time. If for whatever reason the user wants the bug links to be created without doing validation (ie the Bugzilla server might be down for maintenance) then they can use the "--skip-bug-link-validation" option to skip the bug link validation stage of the build.
