For demo purposes we need the app mode to be 255,
which can show the gluster parts in the ovirt UI.


Steps to Reproduce:

Once enabled, you should see the volumes tab.

its not part of engine, and could be released async. i hope before 3.3.2. but shouldn't block 3.3.1.
this does seem like a trivial change, to at least enable the gluster management in the admin, even without really have gluster in the AIO (I'll open another bug for that one)
