Description of problem:

I noticed when scoping this feature for video tutorial recording that the topic freshness colors in the gutter are different to the colours used in the Docbuilder Menus.

For consistency in UI elements, these colors should match the freshness legend in the Docbuilder Revisions Metadata Menu.

I won't record content about this until the legend is declared somewhere prominent in the editor window or there is context sensitive help associated with the gutter.
