what does ibstatus report when run directly? Might this be a bug in ibstatus or RHEL?
$ ibstatus Fatal error: device '*': sys files not found (/sys/class/infiniband/*/ports) $ echo $? 255
Is this the unsupported hardware?
This is Connect-IB hardware. Current rhel7 should work, but rhel6 probably won't work until rhel6.6.
