Is rhev-guest-agent installed ? Also is ACPI configured? I wonder if what you're doing is hard powering off the vm?
Is the rhevm-guest-agent or qemu-guest-agent installed on that guest OS?
Spice agent is installed and running. spice-vdagent-0.10.1-1.el5 spice-vdagentd (pid 2568) is running... If I use Power Off button VM goes down as expected. How should be ACPI configured ?
Well you're simply missing the rhevm-guest-agent or qemu-guest-agent for this to complete. We're not utilizing the spice vdagent for this.
