Additionally users with GlusterAdmin role should be able to Create/Edit/Delete Clusters.
This additional behaviour should be documented in the Admin guide.
Verified in cb7 with MS Active Directory configured user that was then assigned GlusterAdin roles. Tested: Add/Edit/Remove Cluster Add/Edit/Maintenance/Activate/Remove Host Add/Remove/Start/Stop Volume
