Description of problem:
The gnome-panel seems have some pixels cut off 3-5? The pixels appear to be
missing at all sizes (32-92+).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-panel-2.3.6.2-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upgrade to gnome-panel-2.3.6.2-2
2.restart session.
3.pixels missing
    

Actual Results:  Pixels were missing from the bottom of the panel.

Expected Results:  The layout of the panel with respect to applet/launcher
placement would be the same as or very close to GNOME-2.2.
