Success: Sucessfully saved

Description of problem:
If you change the language in the user setting, "Success (in the language you have been using): successfully saved (in the language you changed to)." is displayed.

Is this the right behaviour?

(If you change timezone, the message is displayed in the language you are using so no problem)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.0


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Setting on the top righhand side corner.
2. Change the language from English to Japanese, the message "Success: successfully saved is displayed as "Success: 保存に成功しました。"

Change the language from Japanese to English, the message "Success: successfully saved is displayed as "成功: Successfully saved"

3.

Actual results: 
Success: Successfully changed
is shown

Success (in the language that the user has been using): Sucessfully changed (in the language that he/she changes to)


Expected results:
Success : Sucessfully changed
Both in the language that you change to.
