Description of problem:

Running cmake on a MinGW application using Qt results in an following error:

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindQt4.cmake:1055 (set_property):
  set_property could not find TARGET Qt4::QAxServer. Perheps it has not yet
  been created.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cmake 2.8.11-1
mingw32-filesystem 99-1

How reproducible:
Every time, can't build the project under MinGW 32

Actual results:
No makefiles to build resulting from "missing" Qt parts.

Expected results:
Correctly produced makefiles

cmake-2.8.12-2.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
