Description of problem:

Package is missing a test suite and there are over 1000 bugs reported against it across different releases. Please add a test suite and execute it in %check spec target.

firstboot is deprecated in favor of initial-setup.  We plan to remove firstboot in RHEL 8.0.  For now it is being shipped for backwards compatibility with existing firstboot plugins.
