Comment 1 Richard Hughes 2013-10-31 14:52:27 UTC
It appears this commit from master was not backported into gnome-3-10:

commit c5524ed68882bdf11fa15161f6271479d458a1b2
Author: Richard Hughes <richard>
Date: Wed Oct 9 10:09:27 2013 +0100

Show system applications at the end of the installed list

    Resolves: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=709577

I've pulled a slightly modified version of this into gnome-3-10.

Note, Evince will still not have a [Remove] button as it's a system application and required for GNOME to function correctly.
