How reproducible:
Open video from youtube and others result high cpu usage

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Have trouble whith tmpfs 
On my system whith 4GB ram
echo "tmpfs /tmp tmpfs nodev,nosuid,size=3G 0 0" >> /etc/fstab
Restart system 
and youtube and others flash material not load proc exessive

Expected results:
Modify /etc/fstab and else
