Can you describe a little more detailed what happend? Did this issue occurs frequently ?
I don't really know, unfortunately. This was just a crash that was listed in the abrt GUI.
So I got another one of these yesterday. Unfortunately abrt gives you no opportunity to provide the information from already reported issues. If there is anything I can get out of there for you I'd be happy to. Just let me know how.

I suggest update to Mate-1.8 in f20. I don't think that upstream will fix issues in mate-1.6.x.
