Description of problem:

I have four storage nodes. The list only shows the IP address. It'd be handy if I could see the actual host names they are running on. Luckily I have them memorized by now, but knowing xx.xx.xx.186 goes with server #4 can be confusing.

    Now we display "hostname (ip)" when listing storage nodes if IP was
    specified at install time (and not resolved to hostname). This does not
    apply to any other views or StorageNode resource.
