The fop jar declares a number of exported packages that are not actually exported. When Eclipse attempts to load those pacakges, multiple NoClassDef... exceptions are thrown.

The jar should export only what is present inside it, or what is already imported.

fop-1.1-5.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package fop-1.1-5.fc20:

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing fop-1.1-5.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
