Description of problem:

This is related to Bug #1029325.  In short, the current oo-install OSE workflow installs all cartridges.  In some cases customer may not have access to JBoss EAP and in that case the installation will fail.

In addition we should consider allowing the admin to select the cartridges they would like installed if it wouldn't be too much additional work.
