Description Dmitry Agafonov 2013-11-13 22:32:56 UTC
Current (3.4.1) release do not contain packaged version of development files for gfapi for (at least) debian and ubuntu.

Expected: separate packages for libgfapi libs (glusterfs-api ?) and its header files (glustedfs-api-dev ?) in debian wheezy repo and ubuntu ppa.

This headers are needed to build qemu with gluster support.

Comment 1 Dmitry Agafonov 2013-11-13 22:38:11 UTC
Separating of libgfapi libs is not needed actually, but it seems that to be consistent with fedora/redhat repo layout is a good idea.

Comment 2 Louis Zuckerman 2013-11-13 23:14:11 UTC
I'll look into this. Thanks!

Comment 3 Kaleb KEITHLEY 2014-10-14 14:10:14 UTC
I believe that current Debian and Ubuntu packages now have glfs.h
