The period attribute is mandatory for SQL service bindings but the wizard does not validate whether or not it has been set. If you do not set it, you will encounter this exception: "Period attribute is mandatory for SQL service bindings".

Exception "Period attribute is mandatory for SQL service bindings" is thrown when deploying application containing sql binding with empty period. Maybe it should not be required to fill the period since sql-component has a default value for it (see consumer.delay in http://camel.apache.org/sql-component.html). Otherwise it should be marked as mandatory in tooling.

It is marked as required, but Next and Finish buttons are enabled even if Period is not filled.

The field is now marked as required, but the wizard does not validate whether or not it is set.  Moving this to 2.0.
