Another user experienced a similar problem:

Experiencing some problems with my computer, the Asus N53s The mouse pointer and the graphics are weird. The mouse can move across the desk like a lot of mice in a row and the other strange ways. I think that the graphics in general have become a little pale, however I got full resolution on your PC. This happens after upgrading from Fedora 20 to Fedora 21. It was the same problem with an upgrade and a clean installation.
