Description of problem:

Because of a security flaw, building 'pt_chown' is disabled by default when building glibc [1]. It is now no more shipped with glibc-common [2]. I guess this means that the man page must go as well.

man-pages-3.53-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
