Description of problem:
This is a satellite 5.6 server with embedded pgsql. Server as 211 systems registered. Satellite 5.6 installed on 2013-10 so there is not much systems history. Each click on the Systems top navigation tab takes right around 12 seconds to open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set timer and click on "Systems" top navigation
2.click on any other tab then click on "Systems" top navigation again to check
3.

Actual results:
Takes about 12 seconds to respond

Expected results:
On another satellite server with 4 systems registered, "systems" tab responds almost immediately. Expected the server with 200 systems to respond faster

This issue might have been addressed by Bug 1027050. Need to verify.

With the release of Red Hat Satellite 5.7 on January 12th 2015 this bug is
being moved to a Closed Current Release state.
