Description of problem:
Throughout the documentation, we seem to assume that the user is either running standalone or domain versions of EAP, and provide CLI commands that only work for one or the other.  We need to investigate which commands work in which mode, and specify which mode the command is for.  We should also provide the differences that should be applied for the other mode if relevant.  

Alternatively, there may be a way to state that we are putting all example CLI commands in with the assumption that the user is running standalone (or domain) mode if we can be consistent throughout the entire doc - and provide guidance on how the user might need to change these commands if they are using the other mode.  This would need more investigation.
