Unfortunately a proper fix for this issue requires a fix in the anaconda installer and will thus be fixed with the F21 version of anaconda and the oscap-anaconda-addon.
Patch for this about to be pushed, will appear in the next release of the addon.

For clarity, in comment #12 you mentioned the patch would require an Anaconda rebase which would coincide with F21. Will the patch be ported into F20 *and* F21?

There will be no new versions of anaconda in F20. So since F21 compose doesn't boot for some reason (will retry later), I'll have to do a F20 compose with an updates.img (pulled from the web) including the Anaconda changes needed for the o-a-a-0.4-1 to work properly. If the F21 compose stabilizes a bit and works, there will also be a F21 compose with the addon available.
Package oscap-anaconda-addon-0.4-1.fc20: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing oscap-anaconda-addon-0.4-1.fc20' as soon as you are able to.
