Description of problem: We're using rhel-guest-image-6-6.5-20131115.0-1.qcow2 from https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/software/channel/downloads/Download.do?cid=16952 with our OpenStack deployment. After launching I tried to use subscription-manager and quickly realized that I could not get any content sets to be configured. I then noticed /etc/pki/product/69.pem is missing. I believe this should come preinstalled on the image in order for subscription-manger to work.
Version: rhel-guest-image-6.6-20140910.0.x86_64.qcow2 Steps: 1. check if the file exist in guest-image # /etc/pki/product/69.pem -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 2167 Sep 10 12:22 /etc/pki/product/69.pem Verified as above.
