FYI, the enable-spr patch that you are carrying but not applying needs to be rebased: http://cvs.rpmfusion.org/viewvc/rpms/freetype-freeworld/devel/freetype-2.5.2-enable-spr.patch?revision=1.1&root=free&view=markup (The ftoption.h file moved around in the source tarball.)
