Description of problem:

"          Please install the engine in the VM, hit enter when finished."

I suppose 'install' should be extended with 'and setup', so it is clearly obvious when are the steps.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hosted-engine --deploy

3.

Actual results:
can confuse user who's deploying self-hosted engine

Expected results:
yum install rhevm is not enough, as engine-setup has to be run to make engine running...

Patch merged upstream on both master and 1.0 branches
