1. http://www.jboss.org/jbosstm
   It redirects to http://www.jboss.org/narayana so no big deal but would be better to have the new URL in readme too.

2. http://www.jboss.org/jbosstm/downloads/JBOSSTS_4_16_0_Final
   This one redirects to http://www.jboss.org/narayana too so it should be replaced by working URL to the project documentation.

This fix is in the current release.
