Description of problem:
abrt-cli still uses the event chains. It means that the configuration via the workflows is completely ignored and abrt-cli does not uses the system default report plug-in.

Upstream commit 0597d0099b4a3269e08fe359a79ad60437e48766 fixes this bug.
