Description of problem: Since icon columns (such as status) have minimum size anyway and can't be "hidden", it doesn't make much sense to be able to expand them since the icon size is constant. Hence, icon columns should have a fixed size and not be resizeable. This should be taken care of for all icon columns in the UI.
