In A.1. Included Authentication Modules in Reference there is "When you configure these modules, use the Code value or the full (package qualified) name to refer to the module.jaa", but it is typo it should be "When you configure these modules, use the Code value or the full (package qualified) name to refer to the module." There is nothing like module.jar (or module.jaa).
