Description Scott Dowdle 2013-12-02 18:10:20 UTC
Looking at the Fedora 20 release notes today I see that the x2go section (3.1.1.1) says:

"X2Go is a featureful remote desktop solution based on NoMachine's now closed source NX project."

While NoMachine's new NX4 product is indeed closed source / proprietary, x2go is NOT based on NX4. It is based on the GPL'ed NX3 libraries. I think that sentence is poorly worded and needs to be clarified. I'd recommend:

"X2go is a featureful remote desktop solution based on a fork of NoMachine's GPL'ed NX3 libraries."
