Previously, during Cinder volume deletion, ThinLVM (logical volume manager) LVs were wiped, which led to lowered performance and wasted space for the ThinLVM. Now, ThinLVM volumes are no longer wiped. This avoids performance degradation and wasted space.

This patch disables zeroing (volume clearing) of thin-provisioned LVs.
