Description of problem:
Using edit-node to install ovirt-node-plugin-cim-3.0.3-1.fc19.noarch.rpm into 
ovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.fc19.iso,then clean install ovirt-node-iso-3.0.3-1.1.cim.fc19.iso.
Configure network up and enable cim. check that The status of service ovirt-cim shown active and
also cim functions can work.
But the status of service ovirt-cim shown inactive after reboot ovirt-node iso. Also  cim functions couldn't work
