Closing as no longer relevant (6.2.0 Release Notes) Reopening and assigning to Docs Lead I have resolved these issues, and the corrected text is available in revision 2.0-17 (or higher) at [1]. http://documentation-devel.engineering.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Application_Platform/6.2/html-single/6.2.0_Release_Notes/index.html |
Description of problem: 1. 1029387 - WFLY-2493 EL cannot access public methods/fields of non-public classes ... "This issue has been resolved via a workaround, in which etAccessible(true) on the method before invoking it, thus suppress Java access checking. " since this is a known issue, I don't think the workaround should be phrased as "has been resolved", as this workaround has not been implemented there in EAP 6.2 as far as I know. Also, it contains a typo, should be "setAccessible". 2. 1017242 - FacesMessages doesn't work properly in root context application contains a typo in "...it has been reported that FaceMessages are not being reliably..." should be "FacesMessages" Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Revision 2.0-12
