Are you able to get this to happen again? Do you remember what you were doing at the time it occurred?
Well I connected to a machine through a local ssh tunnel. I have atm no time to try and reproduce, but maybe later. Maybe you can try to reproduce through a local ssh tunnel (ssh -L)?
