Description of problem: Chat in the editor is intended to be used to discuss translation of the project in the workspace. Indicating which text flow is being discussed currently requires either:- - clicking the bookmark icon, copying the url and pasting it into chat - selecting the source, translation or both, copying and pasting into chat Any changes to the translation under discussion would require repeating the select-copy-paste operation. Discussing translations would be much easier if a native shortcut could be easily inserted into the chat window for the currently selected row that would allow anyone participating in the chat to view the source and translation for that row by clicking the shortcut. The source and translation would be shown in a non-modal movable popup so that they can be viewed without disrupting the current translation. A button in the popup could open an editor in a new tab that has the linked row selected. The translation in the popup should update when a new translation is saved, or if it shows a historical translation there should be a prominent visible indicator that a newer translation is visible. Showing a historical revision of a translation (i.e. the revision that was current when the shortcut was added to chat) would ensure that the discussion still makes sense if someone looks back at it later.
