Unfortunately now I can't reproduce this problem, because I already have updated system. Tried to downgrade systemd, but dnf provide correctly results: ---> Package systemd.x86_64 208-8.fc20 will be upgraded ---> Package systemd.x86_64 208-9.fc20 will be an upgrade
Too bad but what can we do? Let's just follow the procedure the next time something like this occurs.
