Description of problem:
As subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a test run detail page, and the run has a case which related many bugs. 
2. Click export to xml btn to export the run.
3. Check the bugs field in the xml file for the case.

Actual results:
The xml file only show the latest bug for the case.

Expected results:
The xml file show all related bugs for the case.

Aditional info:
The above issue also happened in the test log field.

Fixed. Bugs are exported as following structure

<bugs>
    <bug bug="8388607" />
    <bug bug="8388607" />
    <bug bug="1039495" />
    <bug bug="1024270" />
</bugs>

and Test log are exported as following structure

<loglinks>
    <loglink name="test log 1" url="http://example.com/" />
    <loglink name="test log 2" url="https://example.com/test1/" />
</loglinks>

Verify the bug in version 3.8.6 on devel server.--->Pass

Steps to verify:
1. Enter a test run detail page, and the run has a case which related many bugs, and the case related many test logs. 
2. Click export to xml btn to export the run.
3. Check the bugs field in the xml file for the case.
4. Check the loglinks field in the xml file for the case.

Actual results:
for step 3: The xml file show all related bugs for the case.
for step 4: The xml file show all related testlogs for the case.
