Description of problem:

Required version for the php-pear(pear.symfony.com/Yaml) dependency is not met.  However, the required version is already in the EPEL testing repository.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a standard LAMP stack
2. Run "yum install php-phpunit-PHPUnit"



Actual results:

Error: Package: php-phpunit-PHPUnit-3.7.22-1.el6.noarch (epel)
           Requires: php-pear(pear.symfony.com/Yaml) < 3
Error: Package: php-phpunit-PHPUnit-3.7.22-1.el6.noarch (epel)
           Requires: php-pear(pear.symfony.com/Yaml) >= 2.0.0



Expected results:

A clean yum install.
