Description of problem:
If the 'project explorer' is set to 'repository view' and 'show as folders' then clicking an already selected file will not open it again. It's required to select a different file and then the one we want.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set the 'project explorer' to view content as 'repository view' and 'show as folders'
2) Find a file in the project structure and open it.
3) Immediately close the file
4) Attempt to open it again by clicking on it.

I can still reproduce this issue on ER6 using the steps in the attached video.
