Guided Rule Editor - when copying an asset it does not rename it. Error "Duplicate rule" shows when trying to deploy

We can try to do something about this for 6.0.0, but most likely there will be no time, so I am proposing this for 6.0.1.

Alexandre, could you look into reinstanting the "Open with.." stuff Toni had proof-of-concepted in PlaceManagerImpl; so that any (or at least a white list) of file-types can be opened with the default editor (or a text editor); as you suggested in the call the other day?
