Created attachment 836931 [details]
fedup_f18.log.badkey

Description of problem:
Fedup failed to import GPG keys for Fedora 19 and upgrade failed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fedup-0.8.0-3.fc18.noarch

What I did:
$ fedup -v --debuglog /root/fedup_f18.log --reboot --network 19 --instrepo=ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/linux/fedora/linux/releases/1
9/Fedora/i386/os/

Actual results:
Upgrade failed. See attached logs. Unfortunatelly, language was set to cs_CZ so some error messages can be hard to read :-)

I will translate them to English for you:
line 5951: [  5763.821] (--) fedup.yum:_retrievePublicKey() Retrieving key file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-i386

line 5952: [ 5764.303] (II) fedup:message() Downloading failed: GPG keys for repo „Fedora 19 - i386 - Updates“ are already installed but the key is not correct for the package.

line 5953: Check if URL with key file is correct for this reposistory.

line 5973: GPG keys for repo „Fedora 19 - i386 - Updates“ are already installed but the key is not correct for the package.

line 5974: Check if URL with key file is correct for this reposistory.

Expected results:
GPG keys are imported and upgrade proceeds.
