Title: Using USB Devices on a Windows Client, Using USB Devices on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client

Describe the issue:
User could turn on VM withou USB support.

Suggestions for improvement:
Before turn VM on user has to check if Console->Usb Support is set to Native

Additional information:
Is applicable for Win and RHEL VM both.
