Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi
request for this issue as it contains the top-level parent bug(s) as well

The EPEL 5 package is ancient history
(mingw32-pixman-0.13.2-2.el5).

Shall we just obsolete it?

All mingw32 packages have been removed from EPEL-5 as per https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/5977
