Description of problem:

French translations of the Release Notes are not yet published on docs.fp.org, while translation is at 100%, and proofreading near completion.

The same for Bulgarian, please! Some strings in System_Daemons(1) and Circuit_Design(6), I think, are better not to translate.

Thanks for reporting! both fr-FR and bg-BG translations were published on the 17th:
