We need to upgrade JSF to Mojarra 2.1.26 to resolve the linked bug.

Per discussion in Bz https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1017242
we bumped this change from EAP 6.2 (too late), so approving for EAP 6.3
based on the info from Farah that the intervening 7 micro version are bug 
fixes only.

We have to upgrade Mojarra to 2.1.27, because this version contains fixes needed in cases [1] and [2] (BZ-1051652 [3]). I've created BZ-1051674 [4] for this request and BZ-1051676 [5] to include it in EAP 6.2.2.
